All Equipment

1. This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear accepted).  
2. The Lessee consents to grant BMF Party Rentals the right to access the premises of the lessee at any time to repossess said equipment. 
3. All persons or organizations renting any equipment shall receive instructions on proper usage. Any damage to the equipment upon pickup will lead to additional charges and fees equivalent to the damage applied.
4. Lessee agrees that the equipment leased is for lessee’s own use. Equipment is not to be loaned, sub-let, mortgaged, nor utilized at any other location other than the premises where it was dropped off/setup, or in any other manner disposed of by lessee. Lessee further agrees to be liable for any loss of said equipment by reason of fire, theft, or any other cause.
5. The lessee / operator assumes full responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property and agrees to release and hold BMF Party Rentals harmless from any and all claims, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of the use of the rental equipment while in lessee’s custody. In the event that the release and hold harmless provision contained herein is deemed unenforceable for any reason, the customer hereby agrees to limit any damages claimed to the total amount paid to BMF Party Rentals for the rental.
6. There are no warranties of merchantability either expressed or implied. The person(s) or organization(s) renting this equipment from BMF Party Rentals, will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever.
7. A notice of cancellation must be submitted before 1 week of the event date to receive a full refund. If notice is given within 1 week of the event date NO refund of the deposit will be given, BMF Party Rentals retains the right to offer the option of rescheduling or providing the lessee with a credit that is to be used within 6 months of the original event date. Same day cancellations will not receive a refund of payment/deposit or a credit.  Call 813-445-5133 if you need to cancel your rental.   In the case of severe weather and we are unable to deliver BMF Party Rentals has the right to cancel at any time and will offer to reschedule or a credit.

8. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations.
9. Lessee hereby agrees to fully reimburse the replacement cost , encompassing labor expenses, for any damages incurred to the rental equipment. In the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage to the equipment, the lessee commits to pay a sum not exceeding $5,000. Other fees (such as cleaning fees or damage fees) will be assessed by BMF Party Rentals and will be due at the time of equipment’s retrieval.    
10. Lessee agrees to reimburse BMF Party Rentals all attorney fees, an amount not less than 50% of all sums due, court cost and expenses incurred by BMF Party Rentals to enforce collection or to preserve or enforce rights under this contract. 

Additional Agreements for Inflatables and Concessions

11. With the hiring of any concession, they must be operated by an adult! If needed, BMF Party Rentals will provide an attendant for an additional fee.
12. The lessee is to ensure that concession machines are cleaned and wiped down before return. Failure to clean equipment will result in an additional fee of $25.  Follow the cleaning rules that are provided with the concession rental.
13. BMF Party Rentals shall not be held liable for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, etc. It is the lessee’s responsibility to inform the BMF Party Rentals of the intended setup location for the inflatable and to ensure that any underground utility lines are marked prior to installation.
14. Lessee must have the designated area for equipment, free of any pet waste. The lessee shall incur a cleaning fee corresponding to the cost of time for removal and sanitization of the equipment. 
15. ABSOLUTELY NO flammables near the equipment at any time. NO fireworks, sparklers, flames, or heating elements should be near, inside of, or fall onto the unit at any time.  If any damage from such items or similar items are found a damage fee determined by BMF Party Rentals will apply.  
16. ABSOLUTELY NO silly string or similar items, such as, but not limited to, food, drinks, confetti, face paint, foam, trash, excessive mud/dirt/water in or around the unit at any time. A cleaning fee determined by BMF Party Rentals will apply for the above listed items. 
17. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that no bubbles, soap, detergent, or oils of any kind shall be utilized or deposited upon any inflatables. Only water may be utilized ONLY ON WET INFLATABLES. Lessee / Operator agrees they shall be liable for any incurred cleaning fees and damages to the inflatable.
18. No water from lakes or rivers, regardless of origin or type, shall be pumped into or utilized on the inflatables. In the event that well water, hard water, or untreated water is utilized and results in staines upon the inflatable, the lessee shall be responsible for the associated cleaning fees.
19. Only inflatable equipment delineated for ‘WET’ rental may be utilized with water. Any inflatable designated for ‘Dry’ usage explicitly prohibits the application of water.
20. The lessee / operator assumes the responsibility of safeguarding all rental items from rain or other weather conditions. Failure to adhere to this procedure may result in additional fees payable during pick-up. The lessee must deflate the bounce house, unplug all equipment, and relocate items (that are movable) to a covered location during heavy rain, high winds, lightning, hail, flooding, or any other hazardous conditions. The unit may be reinflated once the weather has calmed.
