Rental times do NOT include set up and take down. All equipment will be set up and ready to go BEFORE your rental slot.
The base price is a 7 hour rental. Time slots are 9am – 4pm or 11am – 6pm.
If a later pickup time is needed please give us a call so we can see if it is a possibility.
If less than 7 hours is needed (for example you are setting up at a park) please call us to discuss drop off and pick up times.
24 hour/ Overnight Rental- You will have the rental for 24 hours. Drop off will be before 9am or 11am (depending which time slot you chose). Pick up will be at 9am or 11am the following day (depending on what drop off time you chose for the previous day).
2 Day / Weekend Rental – Drop off will be the evening before your rental date and pickup will be the morning after by 9am.
FOR EXAMPLE: if you want to rent for Saturday and Sunday, we will drop off on Friday evening and pickup on Monday morning by 9am.
If the location of the event is within 20 miles of our homebase there is no fee. After 20 miles there will be an additional per mile fee.
We try to keep our prices fair but have to account for fuel and ware and tear for our vehicles.
Please check the sizing under each image of the bounce house or slide you are interested in renting. The size of the unit itself and the area needed are listed under it. It is your job to measure the area to double check the inflatable will fit. Minimum 3ft is needed on all sides of an inflatable unit.
Please refer to the (AREA NEEDED) under each image of the inflatables. This is to insure the inflatable can be staked down, attach a blower, not scrub on anything, and have enough room for entry.
Please make sure if there is a gate or entry way to a back yard we need a minimum 4ft wide opening to get through due to the size of the dolly and the unit.

BMF delivers to all of Tampa Bay, LOL, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Seffner, Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Odessa, and Lutz. Any area not listed just give us a call, text or email and we can see what we can do for you.
If the location is more than 20 miles from our home base a delivery fee will be added per extra mile.
We can set up on grass, concrete, turf and asphalt. Grass is the safest and best place to put a bounce house. It is overall the best option for children safety and for the longevity of our inflatables.
We can NOT set up on any type of rocks or gravel as the constant rubbing and friction put unneeded wear and possible tears on the vinyl units.
We will not set up on dirt, sand, or clay.
We are an approved vendor currently with City of Tampa Parks and Rec, Hillsborough county Parks and Rec, and Pinellas county.
**NOT allowed to set up at Ballast Point, Cypress Point, Julian B Lane, Palma Ceia and Water Works.
For park set ups we require a minimum $300 for your rental cost.
Proof of shelter rental must be shown to BMF before we approve the rental, per city of Tampa rules.
Following the vendor rules that are in place we will set up at most parks. Per most park rules all inflatables at a park must use sandbags and a generator. We have a generator with enough fuel for 6 hours to rent for these events for $100. Please send us a text if you have any questions about park info or locations we can set up at.
If you do not see a time slot that works for your event please Call us at 813-445-5133 so we can discuss when you need it dropped off and picked up based off of your shelter rental time.

To receive a full refund of payment/deposit a minimum 1 week notice must be given.
There will be NO refund of the deposit if a cancellation notice is given within 1 week of your rental date. BMF will give the option to reschedule or give a credit that is to be used within 6 months of the original event date.
If BMF Party Rentals is unable to deliver due to severe weather and unsafe driving conditions you will be contacted ASAP to be rescheduled or given a credit.
During your checkout process, weather on the website or through and invoice, you will then sign the rental agreement with our safety rules and terms and conditions.
Once you have read and signed the contract you are now the trained operator of the equipment you rented.
Price refers to what you pay for an asset/service, while value reflects the intrinsic worth of the asset/value.
Our goal is to provide event services at the most affordable rate while maintaining a business in proper standing with appropriate insurance, licenses, and Business tax receipts.

Inflatable bounce houses fall into two main categories. There are residential bouncers that are sold to parents who want to set them up in their yards for their children, and there are commercial jumpers that are sold to companies that rent them for parties and special events. Residential and commercial bounce houses differ in terms of the way they are made and how long they last.
Residential bounce houses are usually made of heavy-duty nylon or polyester oxford, which is also known as oxford cloth. Nylon is often used for large residential bounce houses because it is stronger than polyester. Nylon bouncer materials are given weight classifications that measure their density. Fabric with a higher density is stronger and more durable.
Commercial bounce houses are much heavier than residential jumpers, even if both are the same size. Commercial bounce houses are usually constructed with heavy-duty PVC vinyl to make them stronger and resistant to tearing. This also makes them heavier, more difficult to set up, and impractical for residential use. Manufacturers use PVC of varying weights to make commercial bounce houses as light as possible.
Commercial PVC bounce houses are easy to clean, waterproof, and able to support other features, such as inflatable slides and obstacle courses. Since they are made of more durable materials, commercial bounce houses can last longer with frequent use and are more appropriate for rental companies than residential bounce houses.
Our top priority is safety and cleanliness. All of the products we offer are of the highest quality and industry standards.
All of our equipment including bounce houses, slides and concession equipment are cleaned and disinfected with approved products to kill illness causing germs including but not limited to the Avian Influenza, COVID-19 virus, Rhinovirus Type 39, and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).
We use products such as Lysol, Simple green, and OdoBan on our inflatable units.
All events include a safety A frame displayed for guests, a safety checkoff sheet and applicable placards as required.
All generator rentals include a fire extinguisher, safety review and additional placards as needed for instructional reference.
